Register Now for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten

New this year, GGUSD has expanded its transitional kindergarten program to serve more 4-year-olds than ever before.

• If your child was born between September 2, 2018 through September 1, 2019, please register your child for our free full day kindergarten program.
• If your child was born between September 2, 2019 and June 2, 2020, please register your child for our free full day transitional kindergarten program.  Children born between June 3, 2020 and September 1, 2020 may be accommodated as space allows.

If you have a child who is eligible to begin Kindergarten or Transitional Kindergarten in 2024-2025, please visit the district website home page at enroll.ggusd.us to pre-enroll your child.
 
After pre-enrolling online, please call the Northcutt office at (714) 663-6537 to schedule an appointment to finalize your child's enrollment. 

Please bring the following original document with you to the appointment: (Enrollment WILL NOT be complete until we receive these items)

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records (See below for requirements)
• Proof of Residency/Address Verification (see below for acceptable documents)
• Email Address (yahoo, gmail, etc.)

Address Verification Documents:
Correspondence from Social Services/Government Agency, deed to home, mortgage/escrow paperwork, property tax bill or two of the following: Auto insurance, cable bill, or utility bills (MUST be in parent’s name).
Age Verification Documents:
Original or Certified copy of birth certificate, baptismal certificate duly attested, passport, immigration visa
Immunization Requirements:
4 doses polio, 5 doses DTaP, 2 doses MMR, 3 doses Hepatitis B, 2 dose Varicella (chickenpox)
